Các yếu tố tác động đến ý định quay lại của khách du lịch nội địa: Trường hợp bãi biễn Vùng Tàu

Mục đích của bài báo này là điều tra ảnh hưởng của động lực du lịch, nhận thức rủi ro COVID-19, thái độ đối với điểm đến, kiểm soát hành vi nhận thức, chuẩn mực chủ quan đến ý định quay lại của khách du lịch nội địa, trường hợp bãi biển Vũng Tàu. Nghiên cứu này dựa trên kết quả khảo sát 195 người đã từng du lịch biển Vũng Tàu. Mô hình phương trình cấu trúc SEM (kỹ thuật phân tích PLS-SEM) được áp dụng để phân tích mô hình nghiên cứu đề xuất. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy động lực du lịch có ảnh hưởng trực tiếp tích cực đến cả thái độ và ý định quay lại của du khách đến bãi biển Vũng Tàu. Nhận thức về rủi ro Covid-19 ảnh hưởng đến thái độ. Trong số các biến của TPB, cả kiểm soát hành vi Thái độ và Nhận thức đều ảnh hưởng đáng kể và ý định quay lại của khách du lịch. Thái độ có vai trò trung gian quan trọng trong mối quan hệ giữa nhận thức rủi ro COVID-19, động lực du lịch và ý định quay lại. Chuẩn mực chủ quan không ảnh hưởng đến ý định quay lại của khách du lịch. Kết quả nghiên cứu góp phần hiểu biết ý định quay lại của khách du lịch. Phát hiện quan trọng cho thấy, động lực của khách du lịch có vai trò rất quan trọng trong việc dự đoán thái độ và ý định quay lại của khách du lịch.
