The impact of psychological capital performance of lecturers at university in Ho ChiMinh City

Abstract

The study aimed to analyze the impact of psychological capital factors on the performance of university lecturers. Data was collected from 165 lecturers from several universities in the HCMC area including both public and private universities, economic sectors and engineering and technology sectors. along with the method of exploratory factor analysis combined with exploratory factor analysis and multivariate regression. Research results show that the psychological capital of lecturers or its components (confidence, hope, optimism, stability) have a positive effect on the performance of lecturers. universities. In which, confidence is the factor that has the strongest impact on the performance of lecturers, so administrators need to focus on improving the confidence of lecturers in universities
