Factors affecting the consumer behavior of Vinh Hao mineral water in Bac Lieu city

Abstract

The objective of the study is to analyze the factors affecting the consumer behavior of Vinh Hao mineral water in Bac Lieu. Qualitative research was carried out to adjust the scale. Quantitative research using convenience sampling method, non-probability was carried out by directly surveying customers who have been using Vinh Hao mineral water in Bac Lieu city. Analytical data were collected from 214 consumers who have been using Vinh Hao mineral water in Bac Lieu city. There were 7 proposed factors that affected the consumer behavior of Vinh Hao mineral water: Product, price, distribution, promotion, personal, psychology and environment. The results showed that there were only five factors that have a positive impact on the consumer behavior of Vinh Hao mineral water: Product, price, distribution, promotion and psychology. From a management perspective, the research results suggest a number of implications for improving customer satisfaction in the near future.
