Abstract

This research is aimed at measuring the quality of training services for private schools in Ho Chi Minh City (HCMC), on the basis of proposing a number of policy and management functions to improve the quality of university training services. The descriptive model output plan inherits from Abdullah’s (2006) research model and is tested by the identifier research method. Computational research is performed using central group discussion technique, consisting of 3rd and 4th year students and university expert. Quantitative research aimed at testing model research and hypothesis research, researching data collected by simulation determinants of questionnaires, was collected from 308 students. Research results for the training service quality of private universities in Ho Chi Minh City include components arranged in descending order of importance: (1) Teaching expertise, (2) Perception of tuition, (3) Curriculum, (4) Learning environment, (5) Management server, (6) Brand image.
