Corporate social responsibility (CSR) for employees: Case study in Tan Thuan export processing zone

Abstract
This study aims to identify and evaluate the aspects of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) for employees in Tan Thuan Export Processing Zone. The survey scale reaches 400 employees in many fields and job positions, accounting for 0.8% of the total number of employees currently working in the export processing zone. Data were analyzed by exploratory factor analysis model and multiple regression. The results show 9 most typical factors that constitute the CSR appropriate in the context of the export processing zone, including: Working time and rest, Employment contracts, Occupational safety and sanitation, Remuneration Policies, Benefits package and welfare policies, Training and development opportunities, Income security, Collective bargaining - Trade unions, Social insurance. Based on this result, we propose some solutions, recommendations to raise CSR for employees. This not only help the corporations develop sustainablely but also protect the benefit of employees here.
