Ảnh hưởng của quần tụ kinh tế đến năng suất doanh nghiệp Việt Nam

Quần tụ kinh tế hay là tập trung kinh tế là một trong các động lực chính thúc đẩy phát triển, ảnh hưởng này được kích hoạt bởi quá trình đô thị hóa ở các thành phố lớn hay tính chuyên biệt của các thành phố vừa và nhỏ. Tác giả sử dụng bộ dữ liệu gồm 432.100 quan sát của 86.420 doanh nghiệp hoạt động liên tục trong 9 năm từ 2012 – 2020 để phân tích ảnh hưởng của quần tụ kinh tế đến năng suất doanh nghiệp Việt Nam. Nghiên cứu sử dụng mô hình dữ liệu bảng với ước lượng vững để lượng hóa mối quan hệ giữa phân tích quần tụ kinh tế và năng suất lao động của doanh nghiệp. Các kết quả phân tích cho thấy, ảnh hưởng rõ ràng của quần tụ kinh tế đến năng suất doanh nghiệp Việt Nam. Đặc biệt là ảnh hưởng của mức độ đô thị hóa và cạnh tranh có tác động tiêu cực đến năng suất doanh nghiệp Việt Nam, ngược lại tác động lan tỏa mà tính địa phương hóa mang lại góp phần cải thiện năng suất lao động doanh nghiệp. Do đó, chính sách phát triển ngành hay khu vực cần tập trung vào việc kích thích ngoại tác tích cực từ hiệu ứng hội tụ nhằm thúc đẩy năng suất của doanh nghiệp.
