Các yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến sự hài lòng khách hàng: Nghiên cứu trường hợp doanh nghiệp thuê ngoài tại Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh

Nghiên cứu được thực hiện nhằm xác định các yếu tố ảnh hưởng đến sự hài lòng khách hàng trường hợp doanh nghiệp thuê ngoài tại TPHCM cũng như xem xét các khía cạnh tác động của giá cả sản phẩm dịch vụ đến sự hài lòng khách hàng. Trên cơ sở nghiên cứu định tính bao gồm thảo luận chuyên gia, thảo luận nhóm đề xuất mô hình nghiên cứu và các giả thuyết nghiên cứu. Nghiên cứu định lượng sử dụng phần mềm SPSS phiên bản 22.0 để nghiên cứu phân tích dữ liệu thống kê mô tả, kiểm định thang đo, phân tích EFA và hồi quy đa biến. Tác giả sử dụng bộ mẫu 357 mẫu sau khi khảo sát khách hàng sử dụng sản phẩm dịch vụ thuê ngoài để tiến hành phân tích. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy, Giá cả sản phẩm dịch vụ tác động ngược chiều đến sự hài lòng khách hàng. Đối với sự hài lòng khách hàng thì nhân tố chất lượng dịch vụ có ảnh hưởng lớn nhất và đồng thời giá cả sản phẩm dịch vụ có tác động ngược chiều đến sự hài lòng khách hàng, nghiên cứu cung cấp các hàm ý quản trị giúp các doanh nghiệp thuê ngoài ngành xây dựng hoàn thiện nhà máy vốn ODA và FDI trong chiến lược xây dựng giá bán hàng hóa và dịch vụ giúp nâng cao khả năng cạnh tranh trên thị trường.
