Tóm tắt

Nghiên cứu này được thực hiện dựa trên kế thừa mô hình nghiên cứu của Adu-Gyamf và Korneliussen (2013). Dữ liệu khảo sát từ 250 doanh nghiệp nhỏ và vừa xuất khẩu nông sản vào ASEAN+3. Smart-PLS được sử dụng để xử lý dữ liệu. Kết quả nghiên cứu thể hiện sự tồn tại mối quan hệ giữa cam kết nguồn lực và nhận thức rào cản xuất khẩu bên trong doanh nghiệp; nhận thức động cơ xuất khẩu bên trong doanh nghiệp và kết quả xuất khẩu. Kết quả này đã cho thấy tầm quan trọng của một số yếu tố bên trong doanh nghiệp, liên quan đến thúc đẩy doanh nghiệp xuất khẩu nhằm đạt kết quả xuất khẩu vào thị trường lựa chọn. Dựa trên kết quả nghiên cứu, một số hàm ý được đề xuất nhằm giúp doanh nghiệp đẩy mạnh xuất khẩu nông sản vào ASEAN+3, góp phần giảm thâm hụt thương mại giữa Việt Nam với nhóm thị trường này.
