Nghiên cứu được thực hiện nhằm kiểm định mối quan hệ giữa cảm nhận về thực thi thỏa thuận tâm lý (psychological contract fulfilment), sự gắn kết tình cảm (affective commitment) và hành vi công dân của sinh viên (student citizenship behavior) của 231 sinh viên Khoa Du lịch, Trường Đại học Tài chính – Marketing. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy, sinh viên sẽ gắn kết nhiều hơn với tổ chức khi cảm nhận rằng tổ chức (trường học) thực hiện những cam kết của mình với họ, sự gắn kết này cũng có tác động tích cực đến hành vi công dân của sinh viên (hành vi tham gia; hành vi liên kết; và hành vi lịch thiệp, chu đáo). Tuy nhiên, cảm nhận về việc thực thi thỏa thuận tâm lý lại không ảnh hưởng trực tiếp đến hành vi công dân trong lớp học của sinh viên.
