Factors affecting student satisfaction with online learning during the covid-19 epidemic: The case of Can Tho University students

Abstract

The objective of the study is to analyze the factors affecting the satisfaction of students at Can Tho University with the online learning method during the Covid-19 pandemic. Data for analysis were collected from 185 full-time students of Can Tho University who had access to online learning during the anti-epidemic period 6 proposed factors affecting students’ satisfaction: The course structure, lecturer-student interaction, student-student interaction, lecturer, students’ characteristics, and teaching technologies. The results show that there are four factors that have positive impacts on students’ satisfaction: the course structure, student-student interaction, lecturers, and teaching technologies. Concurrently, the study proposes some solutions to improve student satisfaction during the online learning period in the coming time.
