Trí tuệ cảm xúc được đánh giá có ảnh hưởng đáng kể đến việc kiểm soát các xung đột nhiệm vụ và làm gia tăng hiệu quả làm việc nhóm. Nghiên cứu này nhằm kiểm tra mối quan hệ giữa 3 thành tố trên bằng cách sử dụng kỹ thuật phân tích PLS-SEM với mẫu 268 nhân viên tại các ngân hàng thương mại trên địa bàn TPHCM. Kết quả cho thấy, trí tuệ cảm xúc giúp làm giảm các xung đột nhiệm vụ và gia tăng hiệu suất làm việc cũng như tính đổi mới của nhóm. Bên cạnh đó, xung đột nhiệm vụ cho thấy, xu hướng tác động xấu đến hiệu quả làm việc nhóm. Bài nghiên cứu gợi ý cho các nhà quản lý nhân sự tại các ngân hàng thương mại cần quan tâm đến việc bồi dưỡng trí tuệ cảm xúc cho các nhân viên và kiểm soát các xung đột nhiệm vụ trong tổ chức.
