Mục đích của nghiên cứu này là xem xét sự tác động của chất lượng dịch vụ cảm nhận lên hiệu năng thương hiệu trường đại học thông qua biến trung gian sự hài lòng của sinh viên. Để đạt được mục đích này, nhóm tác giả sử dụng phương pháp nghiên cứu hỗn hợp. Dữ liệu được phân tích bằng phương pháp ước lượng mô hình cấu trúc tuyến tính tối thiểu từng phần PLS-SEM với cỡ mẫu 703 sinh viên từ 4 trường đại học ở Thành phố Hồ Chí Minh. Kết quả nghiên cứu cho thấy chất lượng dịch vụ cảm nhận là khái niệm bậc hai tác động trực tiếp đến hiệu năng thương hiệu, đồng thời với vai trò trung gian từng phần của sự hài lòng làm nâng cao hiệu năng thương hiệu. Trên cơ sở đó, bài báo dự kiến sẽ đóng góp quan trọng về mặt lý thuyết và thực tiễn trong xây dựng hiệu năng thương hiệu thành công mang lại lợi thế cạnh tranh bền vững trong bối cảnh giáo dục đại học hiện nay.
